Before you return product, you need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A separate RMA number is required for each return condition. Click here to request for an RMA number.
Important! You must call Customer Service at 1-310-282-9992 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns are subject to refusal of the return. Please read our Warranties & Returns page for other requirements.
To request cancellation of your order, please complete below Order Cancellation Request form. Please note this is a "Request to Cancel” and “Not a Cancellation Confirmation". We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If a package has been released to shipping department or in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
